The perpetrators named above: You are all on Notice of Trespass, by ignoring a directive from I, the man named :Denis-Peter: a sui juris, & sole Beneficiary of the named Trust and Estate, in the private, DENIS PETER RAWLINSON, by criminally causing a Tort, placing you all in legal liability, for the person/persons engaged in the tortious act, of invasion of privacy, by texting messages of unproven allegations, that already stand as discharged, under duress, with factual evidence, this evidence will now be placed on Public record, to be addressed in the near future in a de jure Court of Law;
It is also to be noted that this Tort being extortion, making false claims, by way of personal private property, (mobile Phone) denied to you all, and the entity you hide behind, The SOUTH BURNETT REGIONAL COUNCIL, ABN 89972463351, a business for profit, mostly by extortion, is now taken as your answer to, the Notice to produce Onus of Proof, answering the 25 questions that you are all lawfully required to answer, to prove beyond doubt that you are all not committing treason, and war crimes as an occupying force, against the people, which now brings up the question;
Tort of Deceit and Fraudulent Misrepresentation, which I, the living man, believe is intentionally being done to steal the dwelling and land under false pretenses, from the private man :Denis-Peter: the suri juris being the sole Beneficiary of the named Trust & Estate DENIS PETER RAWLINSON, that is under attack and being breached, were the perpetrators, have ignored all requests to correct the records, for which all lawful claims that can be proven, will be paid, backed by Gold, by the Trustee; (“A lawful request that remains ignored”) and is in dispute till the matter is finalised;
As there seemed to be no end to this ongoing tort of Deceit and Fraudulent Misrepresentation, that resulted in a lawful Promissory Note, No-233-45, (not a bill of exchange) but a promissory Note, that cannot be ignored, by any claimed government, government agencies, even an unlawful de facto local government, the likes of the Actors for and on behalf of the SOUTH BURNETT REGIONAL COUNCIL, ABN 89972463351 “as to do so” would expose the fraud! … for the record, this was only issued as a last resort, (done under duress for fear to life and property), due to the failure of the CEO, Mark Pitt, Heirs and Assigns, the prior Mayor: Brett Otto, which now all liabilities fall to Kathy Duff, Heirs and Assigns, and the GMF & C: Susan Jarvis, Heirs and Assigns, all of which shall also include, in their private capacity, for which they carry the liability for harm and fraud for life;
For the record: The actual Promissory Note, No-233-45, (not a bill of exchange) was all done lawfully, in line with the Bill of Exchange Act 1909; Cth.
For the record: As the Settlement Date, time and location for the Promissory Note, No-233-45, (not a bill of exchange) was not rejected or returned, between the delivery date on record 27th March 2024, and just prior to settlement time and date 5th of April 2024 then, under the Bill of exchange act 1909, it stands as accepted;
However on settlement day it was dishonored by the failure of the CEO Mark Pitt, or the representative, to attend settlement at the location on the date and at the time specified on the Promissory Note, No-233-45, where the claim was to be settled in gold backed currency, this failure and dishonour, under the Bill of exchange act 1909 section 68, has resulted in a claim of “Cancellation”; under dishonour, that has been confirmed with a notice emailed to the CEO Mark Pitt, and for the attention of the Mayor: Kathy Duff, Heirs and Assigns; GMF & C: Susan Jarvis, Heirs and Assigns; that also includes in their private capacities, For and on behalf of; The SOUTH BURNETT REGIONAL COUNCIL, ABN 89972463351, sent by Email, and recorded on the 8th of April 2024, giving 3 days to rebut the claim made, stating the failure of the CEO Mark Pitt, or that of his representative, to appear on the date at place and time specified for settlement of the Promissory Note, No-233-45, to which Denis, the Agent, with the Authority to Act as Power of Attorney. DOB: 30/07/1946 for and on behalf of the sender :Denis-Peter: a sui juris, the man, the Creditor/Beneficiary. DOB: 20/07/1946, neither received a reply, resulting in malfeasance in public office, and as of the 16th of April, no reply has been forth coming, therefore under the Bill of exchange act 1909 section 68, it is now lawfully claim, in perpetuity that the presumed claimed debt, in dispute, is now settled and discharge;

It is the belief of the true sole beneficiary :Denis-Peter: that the reason for failing to attend settlement was, that it would have exposed the Deceit and Fraudulent Misrepresentation, being carried out against the true Beneficiary, due to the created joinder/trust name Denis P Rawlinson, that the actors for and on behalf of the SOUTH BURNETT REGIONAL COUNCIL, ABN 89972463351, have resorted to extortion, threats and intimidation, to force compliance to their crimes, and the main reason that the actors for and on behalf of the SOUTH BURNETT REGIONAL COUNCIL, ABN 89972463351, will not correct the records, and lie to cover up that there is a dispute that needs settling
Further Note the legal fiction D P Rawlinson/Denis P Rawlinson, having been returned to its creator, once the fraud was discovered, being the Property of the creator, who are the trustee, standing as surety for :Denis-Peter: the sole Beneficiary, as he who creates owns (Maxim of law) and as all the actors for and on behalf of the SOUTH BURNETT REGIONAL COUNCIL, ABN 89972463351, have no granted authority, by the people, to govern over the people, which has been denied three times now in referendums, nor ever will as it is now denied, nunc pro tunc, ab initio;
So for the record: I, the one and only Beneficiary, :Denis-Peter: the living man holder of the title fee simple having 100% interest, for and on behalf of the DENIS PETER RAWLINSON Trust & Estate, in which the Land and dwelling reside and belong, of which I, the beneficiary :Denis-Peter: is the Land lord in fact, with no others before me, other than God; and
Also for the record: I :Denis-Peter: a sui juris, a man the Creditor/Beneficiary; Born of and on the Land 20/07/1946; demand that the records be corrected, and the dispute be settled, bringing an end to this fraud;
As it is to be noted and recorded using extortion, to commit theft of house, and dwelling under an act of Deceit and Fraudulent Misrepresentation, apart from criminal action pending, there is the matter of the cure and remedy fee schedule, as of now there is a $2,000,000.00 Two million dollar claim now pending against those here named within, in both their acting role as well as in the private capacity, and if such a claim of theft is started, while this matter is in dispute and unresolved, that claim will without doubt, become a factual claim, against each of those named, including any third party interlopers, and will also include $2,000,000.00, Two million dollar against the named entity The SOUTH BURNETT REGIONAL COUNCIL, ABN 89972463351,
